Central trusted document repository

Today, a large number of documents exist and are created in organizations, in electronic or paper form, which need to be shared between several users or SW applications. The tool for systematic work with documents is the so-called Document Management System. In addition, if a function needs to be added to ensure that the document is available unchanged throughout its life cycle, it is necessary to equip itself with a central trusted repository. For this purpose, we supply in-house solutions CUL - Central two-way long-term document storage.

In the area of social services, we have been creating software solutions since 2008. In the area, we have experience with the benchmarking process, network management and support of its financing, as well as the creation of an electronic catalog. Development of supporting software for monitoring results in scientific databases

The aim is to find out whether the publications assigned in the OBD are in the mentioned scientific databases. Based on consultations with experts using the OBD system, the architecture and functions of the application will be designed in such a way as to increase the efficiency of the work with OBD when checking data with SD.

Expert system for strategic management of a research organization

The tool will provide aggregation of data on research results of individual research organizations, the creation of detailed reports and, thanks to cooperation with experts in the management of scientific institutions, algorithms will be incorporated into the application, providing advice and recommendations for managers of scientific organizations.

Development of supporting software for storage and presentation of data from operating systems

The aim is to be involved in the component of support managemnet of academic staff (SMAS) in the area of monitoring the achievement of set values by staff. Based on a consultation with experts from practice, ie academic staff of the Czech Technical University, such an architecture and function of the application will be designed to make more efficient work with the SMAS component, as well as to obtain data itself.
