AI and agentic work

We are looking for colleagues who want to use AI to change how we work.

Not only in development. We are interested in AI and agentic approaches across analysis, sales, implementation, support and other software-company processes. If you want to develop this at DERS, this invitation is for you.

What matters about the work

Understand first. Then build it well.

We do not blindly implement a specification. First we understand the problem, the users and the operating context; only then do we design something people will actually use. A team can follow an instruction perfectly and still build the wrong thing.

Developers, analysts, implementers and support teams therefore see more than a narrow slice. We evolve products over time, connect them to other systems and return to users whenever practice reveals that something does not fit.

You look under the application’s hood, untangle the backend, integrations and data, and fix the cause rather than applying a patch.

React development

You turn a complex process into an interface that is fast, understandable and stays out of people’s way.

Process analysis and configuration

You untangle how work actually happens, including exceptions, roles and rules, and translate it into a workflow.

Implementation and customer support

You connect the product with the customer’s operations, trace the context and carry the solution through to everyday use.

Project management

You keep scope, deadlines and communication between the customer and the team aligned so decisions become a finished, usable result.

DevOps and operations

You automate builds and deployments, monitor services, backups and recovery, and help the team release changes safely.

Integrations and DataMiner

You connect applications to surrounding systems, validate data and use DataMiner to prepare repeatable imports and transformations.
